Make sure the contacts are clean and properly aligned. Use the included cable, dock or charging base when possible.

Only models marked outdoor or water resistant are suitable for covered outdoor use. Do not immerse any candle in water.

Use the timer function, avoid extreme temperatures and store the candles in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Check the battery, remove any protective insert and point the remote toward the candles within the recommended range.
